Shipping & Delivery Policy

When will I receive my delivery?

  • Products ordered from Kushgram Khadi Gramodyog are available in various locations across the country. Products are shipped via our courier vendors.
  • Products will be delivered in 1-2 business days within 200 kms and 4-5 business days > 200 kms distance. However, Products will be delivered in 7-9 business days in case the order received from North-East region.
  • The delivery time may vary depending on various factors. Delivery/Shipping is available only on specific pin codes in the country.
  • Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider and transit time to the delivery address.

Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

  • Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received.
  • Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please inform us within 24 hours of your delivery.
  • A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.

What are delivery Charges?
The following delivery charges apply to the orders placed via Telephonic/WhatsApp/any other method.

  • If value of the order is less than MRP 500 (Advisors Price)- Delivery / Freight charges of INR 49 will be charged.
  • If value of the order is equal to or more than MRP 500 there will be Nil Delivery / Freight charges.

How many attempts will be made?

  • We will make 2 delivery attempts for Parcel delivery. If 2nd delivery attempt is also failed than the package shall be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?

  • We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your order is placed. Orders placed online or over the phone begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and shipping time. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
