• The applicant here by wishes to purchase the product offered by the company and the amount paid is towards purchase of products he/she aware the amount paid by his/her is neither refundable or not transferable and he/she clearly understands that the payment mode is only for purchasing the products and not as a deposit or investment. He She aware that doing business Is optional.
• The organization will confirm the user ID of the applicant only after receipt of full payment and he/she will be considered as independent Business associate All the Business associates are advised to introduce / sponsor new Business associates on their downline only after their user ID is confirmed.
• The application has night to promote the plan/business opportunities regarding any product that may be offered by the company under commission system as per the rules. regulation, policies and procedures that may be framed by the company for such promotion from time to time. He She fully aware that his/her income will be only on the basis of commission under him/her as per business plan in the brochure/Website literature.
• The applicant aware that he/she is an independent Business associate for the company and not an employee. Business associate or legal representative of the company and not entitled to any benefit, remedies that may be available for employees, Business associate’s representatives of the company. He She will not claim the profit from the company and eligible for the commission paid to him/ her for the business given by him/her to the company.

• After online registration of the user ID, the user ID will be activated automatically.
• The Company reserves the exclusive right to modify, enhance. amend the business plan, commission system. pricing, rules. regulations. Policies terms and conditions and procedure that maybe framed by the company for such promotion time to time without prior notice to Business associates.
• The applicant is fully aware that only company's official brochures and literatures may be used in representing “KUSHGRAM KHADI UDYOG HERBAL MKT. PVT. LTD.” in its marketing plan. He She shall agree to use the promotional materials of the company for the purpose for which the company provided them and will not reproduce, reprint or otherwise make use of it. its content’s themes partially or fully for any other purposes or will not use them to mislead. misinterpret in any manner which will be against the interest of the company.
• The company reserves the right to suspend/terminate the Business associate ship of the applicant if found involved in any ant; company activities. The company is not responsible for any extra assurance given by the leaders/Business associates other than the business plan in the brochures, website and literatures.
• Company has no any fee form fling. Everyone can join the company without any payment.
• In the event of death of the Business associate the rights and responsibilities will be passed on to the surviving legal heirs. legal representative. assignees of his/her as per the law and he/she will be bound by the same terms and conditions as agreed above that of the independent Business associate.
• Business associates should use the application provided by the company only. The company is not responsible for duplicate applications.
• No Business associate is authorized to collect cash payment on behalf of the company. Any new Business associate gives cash to their up line or respective leader/Business associate will do so at their own risk The company will not be responsible for any misappropriation of it.
• The applicant shall agree that the company provides the sale commission after every 15th day of every month. The payment of commission shall be made Twice of every month.
• The company is not responsible for any loss, damage. loss of date, errors. delays, connectivity due to non-functioning/break down of server/website or for any other technical problem.
• The application should be willing to accept the terms and conditions of the company and should attend the seminar. nature of business and the products. The applicant here by declare that he/she fully understood the business plan. terms & condition. rules. regulations. procedures and products thoroughly for violation of this regard. • After achievement royalty level applicant will not Join any other network, in breach of this condition the I.D. of the applicant will be terminated by the company without giving any prior notice and all benefits of the applicant will be forfeited in favor of company.
• This agreement will be governed by the laws of country and shall be subject to Jind jurisdiction only.
• The applicant is fully aware that - “KUSHGRAM KHADI UDYOG HERBAL MKT. PVT. LTD. “is only a marketing company and running the business as per marketing plan to case of any fault damages in products the concerned manufacturer will be sole responsible as per their terms and conditions.
• All type of Incentive given to the active Business associates.
